Miranda Hernández-Falcó, a Biologist with a Master's degree in Biomedicine. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in Biotechnology at the University of Alicante with a competitive scholarship (PRE2022-101681) from the Ministry of Science and Innovation. As a member of the spermREAC project and collaborator with the Human Fertility Cathedra, I have extensive experience in immunolabeling techniques and confocal and transmission electron microscopy. My primary goal is to help humans and animals with fertility issues, particularly male infertility. My research focuses on characterizing sperm receptors involved in fertilization, contributing in the construction of a new scheme of fertilization mechanism.
