Graduate Student
Eastern Virginia Medical School
My name is Megan Sage, and I am a Ph.D. Candidate at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in the lab of Dr. Diane Duffy. I received my B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2018 and my M.S. from EVMS in 2020, and my Master’s thesis in Dr. Julia Sharp’s lab investigated novel therapeutics against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. I am currently studying the role of neurotensin in ovulation as well as the function of androgens and their receptors in the ovulatory follicle in human, monkey, and mouse.
