I am Sameeksha Bhaye, a second-year PhD student in the Animal Sciences Department at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. I have my Bachelors and Masters in Biotechnology from India. I worked in a reproductive sciences institute in India for three years. Currently, I am located in Dean Lab working under the guidance of Dr. Matthew Dean and my project focuses on understanding how obesity affects glycogen metabolism in the uterus.
