Andrew Kelleher is an Assistant Professor and NextGen Precision Health Investigator in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health at the University of Missouri. His research focuses on uncovering and understanding critical biological pathways regulating uterine development and function, with the ultimate goal of improving diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive strategies for infertility and related diseases in women. To this end, Dr. Kelleher's research program utilizes genetically engineered mouse models, endometrial organoid culture (human and mouse), and next-generation sequencing techniques to comprehensively explore the physiological and molecular dynamics governing uterine epithelial development and function.
