Dr. Donnelly is a clinician scientist with 10 years’ experience in the field of maternal-fetal medicine and developmental diseases in animal species. Dr Donnelly received his veterinary degree from Charles Sturt University in Australia. Dr Donnelly is both specialist in reproductive medicine and internal medicine, and holds a PhD in integrative pathobiology from UC Davis. Dr Donnelly’s thesis work focused on the Pioneer 100 Horse Health Project, where he coordinated the phenotyping and multiple omic profiling of 100 horses over several years. This project has led to numerous novel discoveries into horse health and disease, including insights to developmental origins.
