Dr Juliana Germano Ferst has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Santa Maria (Brazil), master and PhD degree in the area of animal health and reproduction from the Federal University of Santa Maria (Brazil). During the PhD, she did a training research at the McGill University (Canada) in the Dr Vilceu Bordignon laboratory. She is a post doc research in the Dr Juliano Coelho da Silveira’s laboratory at University of São Paulo (Brazil). Currently, she is a visiting researcher in the Dr Patrick Lonergan’s laboratory at University College Dublin (Ireland).
