After earning her Ph.D. in Developmental Biology in Paris (France) in 2001, Dr Nathalie Beaujean worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Roslin Institute (Scotland) with Profs. WILMUT and MEEHAN.
In 2003, she was recruited by INRAE, the French National Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment, to conduct studies on chromatin remodeling during early embryonic development, just after fertilization or somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT).
In 2016, she joined the Stem Cell & Brain Research Institute in Lyon (France), where she leads projects investigating cell fate determination in embryos and epigenetic reprogramming of pluripotent stem cells (ESC, iPSC).
