My research has focused on how the epigenome is maintained across cell division and established de novo in the germline. In my PhD with Gavin Kelsey at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge, UK, I studied epigenetic crosstalk in the female germline. During my postdoc with Anja Groth at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, I studied chromatin replication and epigenome maintenance during the cell cycle. Since 2023, I have been an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen, where my group investigates epigenetic dynamics and reprogramming in the germline.
