PhD fellowship
INIA/CSIC , Spain
Currently I am Ph.D. student in Veterinary Medicine at UCM (Spain). My study is being developed at the INIA/CSIC (Spain) and it’s focused on extracellular vesicles as modulators of embryo-maternal interactions and fertility in cattle. I am veterinarian and M.Sc. in Animal Bioscience, both from University of São Paulo (USP-Brazil). During my masters’ studies I developed a project focused on investigating the microRNA contents in oviductal epithelial cells and in small extracellular vesicles from oviducts of pregnant and non-pregnant cows during the early diestrus. My main areas of interest are reproductive physiology and the embryo-maternal crosstalk mediated by EVs.
