Dr David Skerrett-Byrne (He/Him) | Postdoctoral Research Fellow | Institute of experimental genetics, Helmholtz Zentrum München, Germany & Infertility and Reproduction Research Program HMRI, The University of Newcastle, Australia.

My research is dedicated to understanding the molecular mechanisms governing the sperm of fertile and infertile men, as well as transmission of environmental stress signatures to sperm. All with the goal to lift laboratory andrology from its descriptive past and deliver an impactful molecular future by translating findings to transform the clinical assessment, management, and sexual empowerment of people of reproductive age.
